Clinical Indications
Tear trough hollows, under-eye shadows, periorbital volume loss, and dark circles of structural (not vascular) origin. Suitable for patients with early to moderate under-eye hollowing.
How to Use
Deep placement using cannula (25G, 38mm) or fine needle. Serial retrograde or bolus technique. Undercorrect — the area will settle. Avoid superficial placement. Patient selection is critical: not suitable for patients with significant skin laxity, excessive fat herniation, or very thin/transparent under-eye skin.
