Profhilo H+L 1 x 2 ml – 32 mg/ml hybrid hyaluronic acid injectable for skin laxity
Profhilo H+L delivers 64 mg of hyaluronic acid in a single 2 ml syringe, with high- and low-molecular-weight HA bound into stable hybrid cooperative complexes through a heat-based process. It is indicated for tissue remodelling and the improvement of skin laxity, and it was the first product of IBSA’s patented NAHYCO® Hybrid Technology, on the market since 2015.
Treatment follows IBSA’s Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) technique: five standardised injection points on each side of the face, plus a dedicated 10-point BAP technique for the neck. The gel is highly spreadable, which allows one syringe to cover a full treatment area with a small number of injections.
Profhilo H+L is the core product of the Profhilo range at Fräya. For body areas such as the arms, abdomen and thighs, the range continues with the Profhilo Body Kit, built around two 3 ml Profhilo Body syringes with aftercare patches and body cream. How Profhilo H+L works
The hybrid complexes show higher resistance to enzymatic degradation than H-HA or L-HA alone, which allows a gradual release of both fractions into the tissue. This slow release is linked to the bioremodelling action of Profhilo: hydration of the skin together with support for collagen and elastin in the dermal matrix.
